A cocktail of champagne and peach schnapps.

Easy Bellini


Recipe: Easy Bellini

Prep time: 10 min | Yield: Makes 1
  • 3 parts champagne
  • 1 part peach schnapps

Serve in champagne flutes.

More Authentic Variation: Add 1 tablespoon of peach nectar or peach puree in the bottom of a fluted champagne glass. Top that with 3 to 4 ounces of Prosecco.
