Weekend Cocktails - Classic Bloody Mary

Hair of the Dog Classic Bloody Mary
From the Kitchen of Deep South Dish

1 jigger of citrus vodka
Glass of V-8 juice
Squeeze of fresh lime or lemon
Several dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Couple dashes of hot sauce
Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper
Cajun/Creole seasoning, to taste
Lemon wedge and celery stick, for garnish
Pickled okra spear, for garnish, optional
Celery seed, for garnish, optional

Pour the vodka over ice in a large Mason jar, top with the V-8 juice. Squeeze in some lime or lemon juice, add a dash or three or five of Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce; cover and shake until well blended.  Taste and adjust seasonings.  Serve for one in the large glass or divide between two smaller ones.  Garnish with a lime or lemon wedge, a spear of pickled okra, a sprinkle of celery seed, stick in some celery and enjoy.
