Honey Mustard Meat Sauce

If you're looking for a sauce to enhance pork, this delicious honey mustard sauce made from a mixture of plain ole yellow mustard and sweet honey, with just bit of rosemary, is a delicious addition. Good for basting a variety of meats, but excellent with roast pork and for drizzling over fried pork chops, or even fried chicken strips.  Enjoy!

  6. I googled "Pork chops with honey mustard sauce" and came across this recipe. I have always liked your recipes before so with no hesitation I was eager to this one (added a touch more honey), and had amazing results! I sauted some pork chops in olive oil and butter til they got a nice brown color, flipped over sauted another minute, then added this sauce as a glaze. I sauted another 5-8 minutes and they turned out juicy and perfectly seasoned! Thank you!
