Honey Pecan Glaze

Excellent over fried chicken

Honey Pecan Glaze
  • 2 sticks of Land O'Lakes unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped coarsely

Melt the butter over a medium low simmer and whisk in the honey. Add the pecans and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
