'Pain Perdu Lost Bread aka French Toast' is a great option for Christmas morning breakfast.

Thick slices of leftover bread, soaked in an egg, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla mixture and dusted with cinnamon sugar, pan fried for a crispy outer coating.

Great for Christmas morning! 'Hash Brown Quiche with Andouille Sausage'

Eggs, beaten with half and half and poured over sauteed andouille sausage, onion and sweet bell pepper, topped with Swiss cheese, and baked in a crust made from hash brown potatoes.

You can certainly shortcut this 'Egg, Biscuit and Sausage Gravy Breakfast Casserole' but scratch is SO much better!

Eggs, biscuits and gravy, in an easy casserole form - another great Christmas breakfast option!

This homemade from scratch 'Sour Cream Coffeecake' would make a delicious start to your Christmas morning!

A dense and rich, great tasting cake that is at its peak flavor when served the next day, once the sugars and flavors have settled a bit, so make it ahead whenever you can!

You'll want to double up on this 'Speedy Sausage and Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole' for Christmas morning!

A yummy breakfast casserole that can be put together at the last minute - hash browns, cheese, sausage or ham, onion, bacon, milk, eggs, salt and pepper - what more could you want to start the day?!

Always a great option for a Christmas morning! 'Homemade Buttermilk Pancakes'

Just add some sausage links or patties, a side of skillet apples, some pure butter, and loads of warmed maple syrup ... talk about some good!!

Little mini omelets, baked in a Texas muffin pan and stuffed into a crispy ham cup. Shown here with mushrooms and spinach, but easily adaptable for your own favorite add-ins. These reheat and freeze beautifully, making them a perfect make-ahead breakfast.

Another Christmas morning option is this 'Country Skillet Breakfast'

Often called Farmer's Breakfast, this dish is made with fried potatoes, onions and peppers, eggs, sausage, ham or bacon, and cheese. Add some skillet fried apples on the side!

'Overnight French Toast Casserole' is one way to get a delicious and well-loved breakfast favorite prepared quickly on Christmas morning!

Put it together the night before, pop it in the oven the next morning, and it's ready in about 45 minutes - just enough time to let everybody rip into their Christmas gifts.
