This Turkey Roulade, is made using a whole turkey breast, butterflied and deboned, pounded thin, stuffed, rolled and roasted. It's a great alternative to the traditional holiday bird!

I love a good bone-in ham, but when you need more ham for hungry folks, this boneless ham, cooked in a slow cooker with apple cider and glazed with a brown sugar, mustard and pepper jelly glaze, might just be the ticket!

A rice dressing similar to our beloved Dirty Rice, made with a light roux, the trinity and chicken livers is a common side dish served during the holidays in the Deep South.

A classic creamed spinach casserole made with spinach, sauteed vegetables and a simple, cheesy cream sauce.

A super easy, cheesy and creamy, delicious slow cooker corn side dish, perfect for a holiday side.

Also known in this area as Choux Glorieux, or Glorious Cabbage, this casserole is made with cooked, chopped cabbage, the trinity, milk moistened bread, cheese and finished with a bread crumb and cheese topping.

A cross between gooey butter cake, dump cake and pumpkin pie, this dessert is a fall favorite and perfect for the holidays.
