Take a small bowl and turn it upside down into a larger bowl. You can also use an angel food cake pan or a bundt pan to set the corn on. The center hole holds it perfectly!

ReplyDeleteI always dreaded cutting the corn off. I am not coordinated enough to eat it off the cob, so I always try to cut it off, and usually, it falls off and bounces all over the place and I end up with maybe 1/3 the amount of corn...wah...I like this way you have of keeping the kernels corralled!
