Garlic and Herb Grilled Ribeyes

If you've been around this website for any length of time, you know I don't post a lot of steak "recipes," because, well, I prefer ribeyes and while I may change up methods, I really just don't fool around with those much!

Usually just a quick 30-minute marinade in some Dale's, Country Bob's, maybe a little Hoover sauce from The Mississippi Delta, when I have it or most often, just plain ole Worcestershire sauce, and that's about it.
Just inserting a quick reminder here.... that this is a blog, not just a "recipe site," and yes, there is a difference! I want to first thank all of you who have supported my work over the years, but if you aren't interested in the chit chat, info, photos, tips and such in a post, as always, you'll find the complete recipe text with measurements and instructions, as well as a printable document, a little bit further down the page. Just swipe or scroll down to the bottom of the post!
Today I decided to mix it up a bit with a little marinade! It turned out fantastic y'all and I hope that you enjoy it as much as we did.

Here's how to make my Garlic and Herb Grilled Ribeyes.

Gather up some olive oil, Worcestershire, Creole or yellow mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and dried parsley.

Combine everything in a small bowl.

Blend together well.

Place steaks into a deep pie plate. Season on both sides with salt and pepper.

Brush mixture on both sides of steak and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling, or for the Ninja Foodi grill, preheat grill to HIGH (400 degrees F). I recently upgraded my Ninja Foodi grill to the XL version. Ninja products are actually one of my favorite brands!

Grill on the Ninja Foodi for 10 to 15 minutes, or as needed, depending on thickness of steaks, desired doneness and the wattage of your grill, turning halfway.

Dig in and enjoy!
