Southern Mimosa

Enjoy these southern mimosas at your next breakfast brunch. You'll love them.

As always, drink responsibly!

Southern Mimosa
From the Kitchen of Deep South Dish

Grand Marnier
Granulated sugar
3 parts champagne
1 part orange juice

Pour Grand Marnier into a small flat dessert plate and granulated sugar in another. Dip the rim of the champagne flute into the Grand Marnier, and then into the sugar. Pour 3 parts champagne into each flute, top with the orange juice, and a splash of Grand Marnier, if desired.

Makes one drink.

Variation:  Make it a pomegranate mimosa by omitting the Grand Marnier, and subbing in half orange juice & half pomegranate juice.
