Yesterday was a rainy, nasty day here in AL and I had (I thought) everything to make this. I&#39;m still reeling over the fact that I didn&#39;t have chicken broth in the freezer or pantry! So, I substituted, vegetable broth and chicken bouillon. Used Polk&#39;s Cajun Sausage. Needless to say, it was still wonderful and everyone was in the &#39;Clean Plate Club&#39; last night!
